Last updated September 24, 2026. Family Mail is a personal, invitation-only family tool supplied without charge.

Connect only mailboxes you control and share only messages and accounts you are authorized to share. You choose the matching rules and recipients. Sharing a sign-in code can grant access to the associated account; some services share a single underlying identity, including Amazon and Prime Video or Disney+ and Hulu.

Family Mail is not affiliated with the services listed in its sharing menu. Each service’s own account and sharing terms still apply.

Delivery is not guaranteed. Codes may expire, providers may change email formats or revoke connections, and the private server may be offline. Keep your normal account access and recovery methods. The service is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation.

You can stop using the service and disconnect your mailbox at any time. Contact the family organizer for support or account deletion. See the privacy policy for information handling and retention.
